Thank you to all of you who participated in TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY. Sad to say that we have to wait a whole other year for the day to come around again...however, I will not persecute anyone who decides to practice or hold their own pirate talking day/celebration.
The most spirit for 'talk like a pirate day' came in the form of an email from Derek. I thought others might like to enjoy his enthusiasm, pirate style:
AAAR! Seems ye forgot about TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY today, you yellow bellied land lubber. Ye'd be walkin' the plank if not fer yer heart of gold and my empty treasure chest. Avast me hearty and full speed ahead.
